Bienvenido a PREP! Primera y única cocina comercial compartida del area metropolitana de Atlanta, diseñada a la medida para satisfacer las necesidades de preparadores de especialidades culinarias como: panadería, preparacion de comidas para envio a domicilios “catering” y ‘food trucks”. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de Spaghetti Junction, a sólo minutos de la I-85.
PREP consistirá en:
• 10 estaciones de cocina commercial. totalmente equipadas y de uso compartido
• Un area para preparacion de alimentos carnicos sin uso de “gluten”. Aprovada por USDA.
• 36 comisariatos totalmente certificados, para uso de vendedores de alimentos sobre ruedas o ventas de alimentos ambulantes o callejeros.
• Distribucion al por mayor de alimentos para cooperativas.
