We all have certain events or times in our life that stand out more than others. I was looking at a bowl I turned on a lathe in middle school which was over thirty years ago. I remember the whole process from a block of American Black Walnut, into a beautiful piece of functional art. I gave that bowl to my mother as a gift back then. In its most basic defenition creativity is to make or bring into existence something new and of value. There is in eeveryone the power to be creative.
