Memphis Ob Gyn Assoc Moga

This is an ob gyn clinic with four locations. I had the misfortune making an appt at the Bartlett/Wolfchase location. The girl taking appts clearly seemed as if I was a bother and this attitude was staff-wide. After waiting an hour and a half I asked to an approx time when I might be seen. This must be something that proper people simply do not do as now I they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. This type of complete lack of customer service is typical of immature front office staff but even the physician I eventual saw was rude and made snide comments along with the front office. He made no attempt to ask medical history or act like a Dr. in any way. Treating your patients so poorly seems to be accepted company wide here. Stay far away from this place. I was actually told be a staff member that patients regularly wait up to three hours. There is no Dr. here worth that waste of time. Simply pathetic.
