Not for dishwasher installation
Maybe these guys can do basic plumbing, but they are working for Lowe's and should not be. One guy named Felix was supposed to install my new dishwasher. He claimed that the hardwire style was not the code. WRONG. I called the City of Tampa ConstructionServices -- I was quite concerned that my dishwasher wasn't to code. The inspector, Sean, said that was not true -- it was matter of preference. That hard wire was still used as recently as the 1960s, is not considered a "bad" or "wrong" way to do things. I think if Felix had just been honest and said I don't know how to install with hard wiring -- he wants to plug and play system -- I don't think I would be so angry. To lie to someone, or maybe to try to force someone to hire a pal of his so I would spend more money, that is an outrage. Beware people who lie, no matter what the reason, make a huge statement on their character.
I would not recommend nor hire them.I had to find someone else.
