My family and friends are a big part of my business. My family helps out when they can -- many times all of us are here on a Saturday afternoon. Some of the best times with my kids are in the office explaining how we operate things so that customers are happy and keep coming back. Don't get me wrong -- we like to go to ball games and shows as well!
