Ludemas Floral and Garden

I was very upset that I recieved a call from this florist I am the reciever of flowers that were sent by my husband as a suprise. They called me to say that they would not be able to deliver the flowers that my husband had ordered they are 2 blocks from my work and the florist shared I am sorry they have 75 orders before me and that she couldnt bring them herself because she walk to work and has no car. This is so unprofessional not only did this incident make me as the reciever feel that I am less important it ruined my suprise and was very tacky. I would never recommend this florist. I am a buisness owner and this customer services was horrible and distasteful in my opinion. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I found Ludema's while waiting for my wife to finish her appointment. I popped in and the lady inside was very cool. She made a wild customized arrangement using my wife's fav color combo, throwing in some unique extras. I scored MAJOR points with my wife when she came out of her meeting to find me with a huge bouquet for her to take back to the office and make the other ladies there JEALOUS!!!
