Every time I called and spoke to this office, they were super friendly and provided answers to my questions and the documents I needed promptly. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give it no stars at all, I would. I deem owner Mary Jo as having terrible business ethics. I was hired to interpret at a deposition. Office staff agreed to my terms and conditions. I was canceled within the agreed time to get paid if I got cancelled late. I sent my invoice for payment and since June, 2014 Mary Jo refuses to pay me. I'm taking her to Small Claims for failure to pay. Don't let this happen to you. If you're an interpreter or anyone else doing business with her, you've been warned.
