This is a terrible company to rent from DO NOT rent from them. They are strictly just about getting money and scamming people. The properties are dirty and not kept up with. Also the landlord is VERY unprofessional with his tenants.

My roommate and I just moved in and there are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. We contacted the landlord about it and he informed us that they "are in the process" of being treated. We waited and waited... And here we are treating them ourselves! The landlord is very unprofessional and we cannot wait to move out. Do not rent from this company!!

Avoid renting from them if you can. I just finished my year lease with KMPFLP. The apartment was decent but very overpriced. Maintenance was very slow if they came at all. My roomate and I were very good tenants. We paid our rent on time, didn't trash the place and left it cleaner than it was when we moved in. My biggest complaint is that I moved out 2 months ago and am still waiting on my security deposit! After several phone calls he finally texted me and said it was held up because I needed to show him proof my electric bill was paid up, which sounds like bs to me. Very unprofessional.
