Hi Diane, thanks for the question! The answer in short would be yes you could, but we really try to discourage it. The longer answer is this. Pressure washing tile roofs usually results in numerous broken tiles, not to mention the roof really doesn’t stay clean that long. We use a soft wash cleaning process that attacks those nasty black spots and streaks on your roof. The black stuff you see there is from a certain strain of algae that grows heavily in the southern states. For us, there is really only 1 occasion we ever pressure wash a roof. If the roof is to be re-painted and has considerable amount of paint loss that would affect the new paint job. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you
