Betsi, the Manager, was extremely helpful. I called multiple facilities and chose A+ because of Betsi, even though one other seemed to be slightly lower in cost. Great customer service really makes a big difference. The facility is nice and very well kept also and Betsi really worked with me to help me understand all the options and get the best deal.

Full service and very helpful

Our experience so for has been nothing less that fantastic. The facility is clean, the offiice area is fantastic to take a few minutes to sit down and catch up. The fact that we have some one that will let UPS/FedX drop off packages at our unit is benifit that is vital for us. This storage facility offers it all.
