first impressions with the clinic
My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. McConnehey in late fall. After filling out the standard paper work, we waited over an hour to see the doctor. No one with reception acknowledged our over-due apptointment. It was a poor first-time patient experience. Dr. M. was kind, knowledgable, and her attitude made up for the long wait. Because of the poor service, and disregard for our time, we've decided not to return.
