Useless service for such a big company!!
Very very UNPROFESSIONAL and crappy service for the money they charge $ 195 for tax filing.
If you are looking for someone to guide you with your tax filing, this place is not worth at all. Instead you can go to the IRS website for 4-5 days and go through the information given there than to go to these people and waste your time.
for example: I asked the person who filed my taxes if he filed any taxes for H1B candidates (non-immigrant) before and he said " What is it. H1N1??" A high school child will know H1N1 is a swine flu virus!! Absolutely ridiculous.
They pretend as if they are the most busiest people. They never take your calls or call back if you leave a voice mail.
Finally to save your time, money, and energy, avoid going to these people!!!
