Hi and welcome to Diane's Ultimate Pilates LLC. I teach mat Pilates out of my home to beginner and intermediate students. Pilates is beneficial to both men and women, young or old, athletic or sedentary or those in physical therapy. You will learn proper breathing techniques and the 10 principles of pilates will be taught. I use the magic circle, balls, bands, fit rollers and roll down bars to increase the challenge or as an assist for challenging exercise.
When entering the class you will come into a relaxed atmosphere to get your mind and body ready . I keep my class sizes small so you feel as though you are getting one on one attention. Why join a gym where the floor is crowded when you can come to my home and get studio quality!!
