Comcast Cable

service is terrible. i ordered cable which should havae been turned on 1 week ago and so far no service. I call daily and hold for hours and then i am givem a priority case number and a call back promise with no call back

Do not expect much help when calling Comcast. They Obviously when hiring their people, they only require that they passed the 3rd grade. You will hear a lot of "I do not know" 's and you will continually be put on hold and transferred.
