Carpet Plus

The last 3 times we've had our carpet cleaned, we've used Carpet Plus. It started out because they had the best price, but we've been very pleased with the quality each time as well. The most recent cleaning (last week) was incredibly thorough, and we have a Golden Retriever who sheds a LOT...it's amazing how clean they were able to get the floors. The carpets look great and we're very satisfied.

I own several properties in Columbia and have been using Carpet Plus since 2004. I know when I call them to come out and clean one of my units I get the same high quality of work every time. I used to use a "national" carpet cleaning company before I found these guys and would always get someone different. Not that I would have a problem with someone different but the level of quality changed every time. I like consistency, for that I recommend Carpet Plus to everyone!

I would recommend Carpet Plus to anyone with troublesome carpet issues.
My boyfriend and I just moved into a new home where the carpets had not been cared for for the past three years that the previous tenants had lived there. There were stains ranging from pet to spilt drinks that were never even attempted to be cleaned.
We decided to have the carpets cleaned until we can rip it out and get new carpet. I thought that having the carpets cleaned would make the current conditions livable and at least remove the odor eminating from the living room and front bedroom but instead what was done was an amazing transformation. The carpets were returned to almost their original state and color. Only the slightest traces of the toughest tains were still visible. The job done by Justin was better than I could hoped for and more than I expected. The odor is still lingering in the living room but I know if I call Justin he can recommend something or come over an investigate.
