These people blatantly and deliberately stole my deposit for no reason other than they could. I was a good customer and paid my rental on time, every month for a year. When it was time to move out, they came up with some bogus excuse why they didn't have to return my 140 dollar deposit. They completely stopped answering my phone calls or returning my emails when I complained about it the first time. I'm so angry about it that I am going to file a lawsuit against them even though I know I will spend a couple thousand dollars in order to get my $140 bucks back. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!

Convenient. But we talked to other renters and discovered that they have been broken into in the past several years. Our camper was recently stolen. The deputy said someone had to have had the code. No emergency numbers to get in touch with them when we discovered the camper missing late on a Friday afternoon.

Arrived at Caribbean Storage to pick up our camper to camp for the weekend. Our camper was gone. Caribbean does not have an emergency contact number to call. Our camper was locked and secure. The Sheriff Deputy indicated that someone had to have the code for the gate.
