Barndiva

I had been to an event here in 2004. The food was amazing- so when we came back up to Healdsburg I thought I had the perfect place- YIKES! The food was so bad, one of our dishes (there were 5 of us) even had BIG BLACK HAIR IN IT. Then when we asked for a new dish -the server took it back and within seconds the "Black Haired Sheader " poked his head out of the kitchen door. After that little stare down we were scared- you never know. Thankfully when the new dish arrived it tasted so bad (despite beautiful presentation) that one bite was all it took for us to flee the scene. I asked the server why the food had changed so much -she said that we had eaten at a special event before and that they had sacked the two female chefs that we were so impressed with. BIG MISTAKE.
We love the building but the food is bad news. Also, the manager was very rude when we tried to voice our concerns.
