While training for a marathon, I was looking for something to add a bit of cushion to my shoes, so I called Banner Therapy about what they would recommend. I ordered that, and it made all the difference in the world.

We had the absolute worst experience in customer service that we have ever had with Banner Therapy. We placed an order that was supposed to be received by us the next day. We did not receive it. We had to have it for an important business meeting. I spoke with customer service on 4 separate occasions to get it straightened out. They promised that it was handled and we would have it first delivery the next day. We never received it and came to find out that they shipped it standard. There were no remedies from them, and they offered no apologies. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We may lose our business with the client we were calling on...
