Your so-called "manager" has a serious attitude problem

We came in on Mother's Day evening, and I can't even tell you about the food. I was too steamed at the way...

Been going for years...

The food is ALWAYS amazing. The service was too, until last night. Our server was so rude, that it was almost amusing. Not only did he ignore us the entire time, but he had a very snotty attitude. I was appalled and plan to call management tomorrow. I wont mention names, however ANOTHER server who recognized us from our frequent visits there was nice enough to check on us and refill our drinks. His name was Andrew and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with..he should give lessons to his co worker.

Favorite Chinese restaurant in Louisville

My guy and I have been going here since they renovated it a few years ago. The building and interior are contemporary and beautiful. The food is excellent. My favorites are the spicy chicken peanut, sweet and sour chicken, and their noodle disk (don't remember the name, but it's basically like a chicken lo mein), all served on the lunch menu. Though their dishes has somewhat fancy names, there are a lot of traditional dishes that are extremely well done; they have mananged to formulate a "perfect" balance to the tastes, so they are yummy without being overwhelming. Lunch is very affordable (around $6-7) and comes with either soup or spring roll. Dinner is about twice as much and all a la carte, but you do get more food. Service depends on the server, which is too bad - the owners should really fix this! We've had excellent service to poor service (usually inattentive or slow if it's bad service). Their teas and drinks and excellent, and they have a large bar and cocktail area. It can definitely be loud when it's busy, so pass on this if you're looking for something quiet and intimate. I'd pass on the desserts; though sweet, they are definitely nothing special.
