I am an absentee owner, as I live in Arizona and this rental property is in South Carolina. I have found Evelyn to be very efficient, and she takes care of EVERYTHING. Whatever needs attention, she has someone that takes care of it. She accidentally called my house by mistake and spoke to my wife (she was trying to call the occupant) and she told her she needed to "get the lawn mowed" because is was too long. When my wife identified herself as the owner and not the renter, they had a good laugh and my wife and I knew that Evelyn was looking out for our property. She is all business
