some people feel like they should talk bad about people when they dont get there way.so we should not listen to the rants and raves of folks like (joesmith8).im here to say great things about aleybair home furnishings.it truly is one of the greatest places on earth my wife and i get the best ideas ever from the owner janet and she is so down to earth we dont know how anyone could ever go away from her store like you just spent the best day ever with a childhood friend.she has a genuine smile from her eyes that you can see her as a friend you cant remember from your childhood days.thank you for always making my familys hearts just smile and thankyou for being so true and honest....by donnie and julianna b.

The owner apparently believes it's okay to mislead customers by delivering floor models instead of brand new factory direct items--as promised. She goes so far as to avoid answering direct questions about the order that we have asked in order to remedy the situation. Additionally, she refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. Thus, not only does she practice "bait and switch" but also "guilt by omission". Shame on her.
